Deliciously moist chocolate cake with Rama

Ingredients
  • 100 g Rama Perfect Bake
  • 3 Eggs
  • 280 ml (260 g) Castor Sugar
  • 400 ml (225 g) Flour
  • ½ Cup (45 g) Cocoa Powder
  • 250 ml Hot Water
  • 2 tsp (12 g) Baking Powder
Method
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy, add the sugar and beat for about 3-5 minutes until thick, light and creamy.
  2. Melt Rama Perfect Bake using a microwave. Once melted, add to the water.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder and Rama Perfect Bake/water mix to the eggs and beat lightly for 1 minute.
  4. Add the baking powder and fold in.
  5. Pour into 2 x 20cm cake tins (greased) or 1 ring pan and bake at 180°c for 23 minutes.
